VH 어워드는 미디어 아티스트 성장 지원 프로젝트로써 현대자동차그룹 인재개발원 마북캠퍼스에

설치된 아시아 최대 스펙의 초대형 미디어 스크린인 비전홀에 상영될 미디어아트 작품을 선정한다.

The new media artist support project VH AWARD selects media works to be projected in the Vision Hall, Asia’s largest and most cutting-edge screen, in Hyundai Motor Group University Mabuk Campus in Korea.

2016년 8월, 제 2회 VH 어워드 수상자 3명이 결정되었다. 

The three finalists for the 2nd VH AWARD were selected in August 2016.

이들은 오스트리아 린츠의 글로벌 미디어 아트 기관인 아르스 일렉트로니카 센터에 초청되어 페스티벌 관람과

관계자와의 대담, 그리고 특별히 마련된 레지던시 프로그램에 참여하는 기회를 누렸다.

They were invited to the prestigious Ars Electronica Center in Linz, Austria, where they engaged in discussions in the festival and participate in a special residency program.

이를 통해 3명의 작가들은 작품의 완성도를 높이기 위한 여러 고민들과 함께 새로운 경험을 하게 된다.

This opportunity offered the three finalists with new experiences and challenges

for their superb-quality work.
